| Cyber High and Titan Tech are internet-based programs which are available to high school students who would like to make up classes or credits towards graduation. The Cyber High and Titan Tech curriculums are aligned with the Content Standards and Frameworks of California. Cyber High and Titan Tech classes are offered at Baldwin Park and Sierra Vista high schools during the school year. Students and parents can contact their counselors for further information. |

| Summer school runs for six weeks. Summer school courses are offered for remedial purposes to students who have either failed core academic classes or have received D’s in four-year college required courses. A variety of accelerated and enrichment courses are also offered in summer school for students who wish to either complete graduation or four-year college required classes or advance to higher level classes. In summer school, students may take a maximum of two semester courses. Students in summer school may have only two (2) absences. A student’s 3rd absence will result in a drop from the summer school course. |

Adult school is only available to seniors beginning in the summer before 12th grade. Adult school is available for seniors to make up classes they have failed which are required for graduation. During the school year, adult school hours are from 3:00 to 5:30 p.m. With special parent and counselor permission, a senior may take an adult school class from 6:00 to 8:30 p.m. Following their junior year, during summer school, seniors may take one or two classes in adult school. Summer school adult school hours are from 1:00 to 3:00 p.m. or from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. |

Independent Study is an alternative education program for students who are temporarily not able to attend regular school. Independent Study is offered through the district and is a way for students to make some credits while not attending regular school. To be eligible for the program, students have to be at home and be able to be supervised by an adult week days from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Once a week for one hour, students go to the OFL location, hand in their work, ask questions and pick up new work to be completed. Independent Study is not a good way to make up credits. |

| North Park H.S. is an alternative education program for students who need to make up classes and credits for graduation. North Park school hours are from 8:00 to 3:00. Students must be at least sixteen years old to be eligible for North Park H.S. North Park has a child daycare facility on campus where students can bring their children for free. Children must be less than 3 years old to be eligible for this program |
