Hello and Welcome, I am happy to be your student's teacher for this new school year. My name is Gabriela Lopez and I teach English 9, 10 and Honors English 10 this school year. This is my eighteenth year teaching. I have taught English, Honors, Dual Language, and English Language Development (ELD). I am a graduate of Cal Poly Pomona University.
I love teaching! It is a simple statement that sums up my view. I love coming to work everyday and being with your incredible students. They bring me joy and watching them develop and discover who they are as the year passes is an indescribable feeling that not many people get to witness.
Thank you for allowing me the privilege to teach your student this year. It is a team effort and I thank you in advance for the all the hard work and support you give; I could not do this job without you. Tengo un hijo hermoso a quien amo y adoro. Se graduó de la escuela secundaria de Sierra Vista, clase de 2018 y ahora asiste el colegio.
¡Me encanta enseñar! Es una declaración simple que resume mi punto de vista. Me encanta venir a trabajar todos los días y estar con tus increíbles estudiantes. Me traen alegría y verlos desarrollarse y descubrir quiénes son a medida que pasa el año es un sentimiento indescriptible que no mucha gente puede presenciar.
