FAFSA and CADDA Application Workshop for PARENTS and SENIOR STUDENTS

You and your parents will need to bring:
· Social Security Number for student and parent if they have one (for FAFSA only)
· FAFSA FSA ID Numbers* for both you and your parent (for FAFSA only)
· Driver's license (if any)
· Alien registration or permanent resident card (if you are not a U.S. citizen)
Additionally, everyone must bring:
2021 Federal Income Tax Return. IRS 1040, 1040A, 1040 EZ
2021 untaxed income records (if applicable) Current bank statements
If applicable bring:
· Child support information
· Worker's compensation
· Veteran benefit records
· Current business and investment mortgage information, business and farm records, stock, bond and other investment records
*If the student and/or parent do not have a FAFSA FSA ID Number yet, DO NOT WORRY! Apply for one at www.fafsa.ed.gov.
