We are excited to share that students at Sierra Vista High School will soon have the opportunity to take part in a short student wellness survey, CARES! This brief survey helps us better understand how our students are feeling about school, their sense of connection and belonging, and the strengths they use to overcome challenges.
The survey is designed for students in grades 6–12 and will be administered from October 19-30, 2026 It takes only a few minutes to complete, but the information it provides helps us make a big difference — guiding us in creating a more positive, caring, and supportive school environment for all students.
Participation is voluntary, and choosing not to participate will not affect your child’s grades or access to services. All responses are confidential and used only to help support student well-being.
If you’d like to review the survey, copies are available at the school office for your convenience. A parent consent form will be sent home via ParentSquare on October 2nd — please review.
