Welcome Sierra Vista High School Students to the Technical Support Page!
Our page provides resources and assistance to help support student learning.

Students,

Welcome Back!

As part of safety and security enhancements, passwords were reset during summer registration.  For privacy and security reasons, never ever, ever share your password with anyone.  If your account is compromised you will be summoned to the office to reset your password.  Remember to be responsible while on your device when sharing documents or browsing the internet.

Online Safety & Behavior Tips:
  • Secure Connections:
Use secure websites (HTTPS) and avoid public Wi-Fi for sensitive transactions.

  • Verify Requests:
Be cautious of requests for personal information and verify the legitimacy of senders before sharing.

  • Beware of Scams:
Be wary of phishing attempts (emails, messages, or websites) and suspicious links or attachments.

  • Limit Information Sharing:
Avoid sharing excessive personal information online and be mindful of what you post on social media.

  • Meet Offline Safely:
Never agree to meet someone you met online regardless of the precautions you feel you have taken.

  • Be Careful What You Download:
Only download files from trusted sources and scan them for viruses

As a reminder students keep their school issued Chromebook device for the 4 years of high school and return it to the school at end of 12th grade/senior year during designated dates each May.  If the school issued CB device is damaged or lost there will be a charge for device and may impact attending/participating in senior activities.

If you have any questions or need technical support with CB issues during brunch/lunch or before/afterschool, please go to the Library where Mrs. Andrade will be able to assist you or go to the main office where Mrs. Zuniga can also assist you.  Thank you for taking care of your school issued device.
