Welcome Back

Students, it is a pleasure to welcome you to the 2023-2024 school year.

 

Our Welcome Back/School Materials Distribution (summer registration) dates are fast approaching. On these dates, you will receive your unofficial schedule, check out textbooks/ Chromebooks, take ID pictures, and have the opportunity buy an ASB Card, SV Gear & the Dons Yearbook. 

 

Important reminder for seniors – If you purchase an ASB card during summer registration/school materials distribution days, you get 2 extra graduation tickets.

 

Summer Registration Dates

**Please keep in mind, the Online Registration must be completed to participate in this event**

 

Grade 9:    Tues. July 25th   (9am-12pm)

 

Grade 10:  Wed. July 26th  (9am-12pm)

 

Grade 11:  Mon. July 31st  (9am-12pm)

 

Grade 12:  Tues. August 1st  (9am-12pm)

 

*Seniors can obtain their HOME lunch pass on this date, which allows them to exit campus during lunch time.

*Seniors must meet the criteria outlined on this page. 

 

Make-up day for ALL Grades:  Wed. August 2nd  (9am-12pm)

 

Students can view the courses they are scheduled to take during the school year on their Synergy Student Portal - CLICK on COURSE REQUEST tab

 

Students with questions about their classes for the 2023-24 school year can request Counselor assistance through our “Request to See Counselor” form. Click HERE for more info.

 

 

The school materials distribution will only be held on these dates. If you are not able to attend on your assigned date or on make-up day, you will need to do get your school materials on the first day of school – Thurs. August 17th.  If you have any questions, please call 960-7741.

 

 

NEW Students

New students and families enrolling for the 2023-2024 school year please contact Diana Lopez  626-960-7741 ext. 87518

New students will need to submit:

  • Birth certificate
  • Unofficial transcript/grades
  • Immunization record
  • Parent ID
  • Proof of residency
  • Special education records (if applicable)

SENIOR HOME LUNCH Pass Info/Criteria:

If you meet the criteria, your parent/guardian will need to accompany you to sign the necessary paperwork. 

 

CRITERIA:

  • 160 total credits at the end of 11th grade
  • Appropriate DISCIPLINE record during 11th grade
  • Appropriate ATTENDANCE: Students with 10 or more Unexcused/Truant Absences/Tardies for the school year during 11th grade do not qualify

*Seniors who DO NOT meet the criteria at the beginning of the school year, can reapply for the Home Lunch Pass at the end of the first grading period by demonstrating improvement in the areas which disqualified them for the Lunch Pass.
